Sarky git. I was making an attempt at polite conversation before broaching the delicate subject of whether the weather out west is really as bad as the inshore forecast has been suggesting.

Having since spoken to Silkie, the weather doesn't appear to have been very good at all, at all. Still, there's always the weekend....

Back home in Balvicar today it seems quite mellow - a gentle F7 and blue skies, temperature up into double figures . . . unlike the filthy beat down from Duart yesterday with vis under a mile most of the way.

What are you and Mme Shard up to then? Warming yourselves round a piece of Strontian 90, or Salen aboot up Loch Sunart?

Looks like you might get round Ardnamurchie later on Monday.

Anyone want a dog for August??

A dog is for life..

Can confirm F6/7 on Saturday - close reach (OK so it was only slightly close) beam reach and run. Nice waves for a 22'er too. :)
