that ties in with what I thought. Although my first impression is that the ankarolina doesn't look look that strong it is acually given quite a strong breakage load by the manufacturer - certainly octoplait would be better to handle - I don't have a windlass.

Just as an aside do you know of any marine suppliers in the Falkirk/ Stirling area - I get fed up having to go over to Port Edgar when I want something quickly.
