Postby Old_Glow_In_The_Deep » Fri Aug 19, 2011 3:08 am

Just back from the Music Club in Houston.
Great night, great people, great music.
I only managed to play one song as (I had a playlist & it was as if all the “old-boys” had a copy).... it seemed that my choice was popular.
Some were reading from the works of Edgar Allan Poe….. but I managed a Sir Mike Harding’s “Napoleons Retreat From Wigan “…. now there IS class..... :-)

Well!.... it's a place!

Most definitely!
I have a couple of our Bernard’s (aka Bernard Wrigley) up-me sleeve. :D
Well!..... I ask yer…. they keep giv-in me this Burns chap in some rather strange (very unusual) dialect…. so some real culture from up north (of England) just has to be the response.... eh!
