Of greater concern is that he is clearly in b(r)each of lockdown rules. Even if he'd driven to the Troosers, the walk from there to the site of the photo being taken is way beyond the statutory definition of an hour's exercise a day.
Those little legeens of his wid need at least 5 hours to get that far

You are confusing your stubby and aged wee appendages with my finely muscled shanks I fear, Claysie.

I cycled to the troosers - 15 minutes - walk to PD - 15 mins then 30 mins back. One hour.

Of course, technically I am in breach because it was more than one type of exercise.
