Brilliant.

I too cannot deliver my chain (50m of 8mm) before the end of November, it being at Ardrossan presently and my being away till then. Hope that is ok.

A novel and I think brilliant idea. Not sure if there are any maritime applications though. You could identify the front end of the boat from the back if it was stationary.

Arinagour in strong southerlies. The allure of Katie Morag for the grandchildren was greater than pilot book warnings and adherence of common sense. After one of the best day's sailing ever off the west coast, beating, close reaching Tobers, Treshnish (Pufflings) to Cragaig on flat seas in sunshine, we are now feeling a little queasy on a mooring facing southerlies in Loch Eatharna. Anyway justified an eyepad to mount the excellent Antares chart...
