As I said yesterday, much nicer look to the whole thing.

Just one question - Are you not showing the fronts on the chart now? I personally like to see them as well as the wind arrows.

Cheers

Hi Simon,

I like the new layout. Very smart.

All we need now is a bit warmer weather, but I don't suppose you can do much about that :!:

You also feel really silly.

I feel a rather sorry tale here somewhere.

I used to enjoy the banter on TOP, because that's what it was, banter. We could have a bit of a go with Scots/English Etc., and nobody took ofence, nor was any meant. Lately it has just become completely intollerable, and although I do still visit occasionally, it is becoming less and less. The post...

I'm like you and use cheap masking tape, but I always take it off as soon as the coat of A/F is on and then re-tape for the second coat. Takes a bit of time, but it's MUCH easier than trying to get the tape off after it's been on a week or so.

Long Range Forecast

Imagine being the first to post on this forum . . . Anyway, what do you think the prospects are for a better season than last year. We had some lovely days in April last year, but I was still on the hard getting ready. This year, I've stayed in the water, so as soon as I get the sails back on, I can...

I'd be SO frigntened of scratching such a fine vessel, that I wouldn't enjoy it.

Don't mind the odd scratch, or three, on Rowana, but then it's up to me to fix it afterwards.

Like you, I haven't done the offshore course for a few years now. It used to be fun in the "environmental" pool with the wave machine and fans going while the instructors sprayed a few fire hoses about. Even the helicopter dunker was a bit tame the last time I did it. Glad all that faffing...

Thanks for the pic Ash.

It seems a bit of faffing about to me.

Would it not be possible to fit some sort of small siphon tube so that the air is expelled as the water rises? Or is there some cunning reason not to do this that my, admittedly simple, brain can't see?

I like my greens as well. Nothing like a nice bit of kale, or a few sprouts.

Luvly jubbly
