Nothing at all, in fact the US Gulf coast east of Texas is all brown, but at least it's more than 2ft deep and warm, and none of that brown goo you see at Maldon & other places in that area.

Welkl I have only this morning put 2 users in The Lounge on ignore for the first time, after reading their posts on the Major's latest thread. Unbelievable, one I would ban out of hand and the other I would ban for being his mate and agreeing with everything he said. Bring back Kim, for goodness sak...

:( believe it or not we actually looked at the Claymore that was for sale in Kip marina a couple of years ago. Even spoke to John about it, but then decided that we wanted to sail away and need a real boat :lol:

Reading the Herald forum, the Leven was once navigable (although it doesn't mention draught), so why was the weir added?. Jings, have you seen the speed of the Leven in spate. One of the fastest rivers in Scotland I believe. Try making headway against that or steerage way when travelling downstream.
