My parents never went online and their visitors book from Seminole is a wonder to behold, they actually approached folk in harbours and on pontoons and spoke to them, you don't have to recognise a boat name from a forum to go make friends. It's just the right amount of technical boaty talk but if you are a non-boaty you can still understand what is happening. I like the background feeling of the real problems facing Shetland as they are bang up to date with credit crunch and oil reserves. Aquaplane* has issues with the Shetland tidal...

Hmmm, yes the trees may be the giveaway there. I had a discussion with my husband* about the set up of the rigging and mast height -so ten years on this Forum have not been a total loss.
