Re: Diesel runaway

Re: Any news from the west?

I support local boats using these new facilities. I have a vague memory somewhere of seeing a locals price list (unsure where, but this year. Possibly Lochmaddy?) where I figured that a local could keep a boat there for a year from about the price of a visitor berth for a few days. But there should...

Re: 40' Yacht on Skerryvore Rocks

Yacht was stolen from charter company in Norway apparently. Skipper had only done one week sailing course before chartering for a coastal trip off Norweigan coast, stopped on Orkney for fuel, told them he was going to Faroe!

Re: PPR Course

Did it a year or so ago, on a quiet Saturday and Sunday in Barra. A good internet connection is essential, lots of windows open simultaneously can get confusing, so I relied on reopening the required source documents as the need arised. If you do all the 'practice' papers some of the questions will ...

There's still one or two en-route from Elgin...... There may be a flaw in that plan......I had a phone call from the Elgin plant yesterday...

Have these people never heard of momentum?...
